Because all our work is produced specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are not available. All fees paid are non-refundable. Once a domain name has been registered we are unable to alter them in name or extension (Top Level Domain), should additional domains be requested they will be chargeable at the current market rate.

But concerning the project (website development) except domain & web hosting, if we are unable to deliver or complete the said project, then the refund process will be escalated, and the customer will have full payment instead of partial payment. And the refund process will be completed within the next 30-45 daysfrom the date of terminaton. Because WebDesignDevil only deserves or expects payment for the work that we deliver, lest nothing will be deducted for website development project.

Along with the payment refund, we do provide a Gift Voucher worth Rs.4,500.00 for Web hosting (for 1 year) and SEO for any website.

We will work with our customers to help ensure that every single one of them is completely happy with the work we produce. In the unlikely event that we are unable to satisfy the customers needs, cancellation of the project must be made in writing by the customer. In the event that work is postponed or cancelled at the request of the Customer, we reserve the right to retain the original deposit. In the event that more than the amount of the deposits worth of the anticipated work is completed, additional payment will be due, prorated based on the percentage of work completed. If additional payment is due, this will be billed to the Client within 10 days of notification to stop work.

Due to the electronic and virtual nature of our work, no physical product is delivered. However we aim to complete the requested services within the given schedule is mentioned in the quote from the date on which the deposit (50% advance payment) is paid. The Client must work with ourselves to complete the web site in a timely manner. In some cases, delays receiving materials or other circumstances can slow the process of development. However, assuming no delay of the signing of the contract and securing the deposit, we agree to make all reasonable efforts to complete each project in a timely manner. We reserve the right to cancel the contract at cost to the Client should significant delays be experienced that are outside the Developer's control. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Lack of detailed documentation on the subject matter where requested
• Lack of logos or design ideas where requested
• Lack of return communication or correspondence
• Failure to make required decisions
• Significant illness
• Acts of God
• Other significant disruption

Upon any of these circumstances payment for all work already completed will be calculated and the final bill will be modified, all deposits will be forfeited. All our websites must be hosted on the hosting service of our choice and are non-transferable. Should a customer wish to leave our services, the domain name will be made available for a small administration fee within 10 working days of receipt of the cancellation request. Domains are not transferable when nearing renewal. Should the domain be nearing renewal, an additional fee will be required to renew the domain to allow transfer.

A deposit may be required from a new client before any work is carried out. All deposits are non-refundable. In all cases, website hosting fees and any costs incurred by WebDesignDevil on behalf of the client are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

According to the terms of Information Technology (Web virtual) 50% deposit is requested of the total invoicing amount as an advance payment to start the project. And rest 50% is asked after finalization of the demo and before uploading & publishing the website online.

It is the WebDesignDevil policy that any outstanding fees for work carried out by WebDesignDevil or its partners are required to be paid in full, no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement with WebDesignDevil. If accounts are not settled or WebDesignDevil have not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related website may be denied. Fees relating to web hosting or domain names must be paid prior to the expiration date of the said service. If the fees remain unpaid at the time of expiration, we will with immediate effect, cancel said service and any data held by said service will be removed. If a cancelled service is to be reinstated at the client's request, a setup fee will be payable before any such reinstatement and any data lost as a result of the cancellation will not necessarily be restored.

WebDesignDevil reserves the right to request full payment before the release of files, design, domain names or hosting services.

Launch Timeline: All orders are executed and delivered as soon as they are ready (usually based on the project's size).

No Interest or Hidden Fees: You will ALWAYS pay ONLY what is advertised and invoiced. We do not charge interest nor add any hidden fees to our services, ever.

Ownership of Website: All websites are 100% owned by the client that ordered. However, access to the code files, images, databases, domain & hosting accounts etc. will be retained by WebDesignDevil until payment for the order has been received in full.

 

Some specific Terms and conditions are followed up for the packages that we offer periodically at reasonable price.

1) Rs.999.00 package is offered for 3 pages website developing, the other included features or services are complete
FREE of charge.

• A) If someone asks for one more page to add within this package, then an amount of Rs.300.00 is charged for each page, means adding of Rs.300.00 with the offered package's price.
• B) Web hosting is included for 1 year within this package, Thereafter, the renewal price is Rs.1300.00.
• C) Though the domain is not included within this package but yet sometimes FREE domain is included (.com or .co.in) depending on the domain pricing.
• D) Offered package's website is usually developed through cms like joomla or wordpress, except these platform no other platform is used.
• E) Some extensions (free version) are used in the cms which stays validation for 6 or 12 months. If the customer wants to have any specific extension for any special feature, it is requested to the client to purchase & provide the same.
• F) Website's admin panel is not provided within this package's, but if someone asks for the same, an amount of Rs.1700.00 is charged to provide the same.
• G) If someone gets the admin panel of the cms, then s/he should have the knowledge of the particular cms's, otherwise, an amount of Rs.1100.00 is charged for the exact tutorials or guidelines, and that can be maximum of Rs.1700.00 for more added extra pages.
• H) Revision means changing the design or style, more than 2 times draws an extra charge of Rs.500.00.
• I) If the customer wants to include payment gateway, an amount of Rs.550.00 is charged extra, and the customer has to provide the relevant data of the payment gateway.
• J) 30 days FREE support is provided upon publishing the project online, where the modification or error fixing is included, but to include new things or features or pages, an extra amount will be charged depending on the tasks. And it's support is only available through email, support over the phone is not entertained.
