Web Designing, Web Developing & Programming Terms

WebDesignDevil expects that you would state your your exact requirements containing a list of important points specifically that you need to be created for your website.

For web designing, please do not forget to mention some important things like template structure, color scheme, design theme, references (if available) etc. at the beginning of the discussion including the delivery time.

In case of website redesigning, please mention the name of your existing website, and what kind of modification you need. If it is not require to modify the whole website, then please let us know the specific section attaching the screenshots.

Please ensure to mention all of your requirements before starting the project. If you include your more requirements after starting the project, you will have to pay extra charges and your project's deadline may be extended.

If you would like to provide more than one reference website as examples, please send in the details about what sections of which website's you wish to include in your work. For specification, you can also mark out and send screenshots that will help us to execute your work with perfection.

We would specify the deadline of the project after the successful discussion regarding all of your requirements.

According to the terms of Information Technology (Web virtual) 50% deposit is requested of the total invoicing amount as an advance payment to start the project. And rest 50% is asked after finalization of the demo and before uploading & publishing the website online.

Communication is very important for every business. Please try to respond us as early as possible after receiving our e-mail. As we always try to execute and deliver the project to our clients as early as possible. If you do not communicate within 48 hours during the project execution, your deadline may be extended.

Our team always try to complete and deliver all the projects as soon as possible, but sometimes it can be delayed and WebDesignDevil would not be responsible, if you do not send all the required source files (content) of the project within the scheduled time.

After the confirmation of starting project, you will have to clear 50% of the agreement price. Lest we would not be able to start your given project.

If you want some changes after viewing the demo work, please send us all the modification issues in one mail (if possible with screenshots). No further mails will be entertained.

No further changes will be made after getting your final approval, in case of design. If you need to do so, you will have to pay extra charges for the exact modification and your deadline may be extended. The same rule is applied for the web development task.

Full advance payment is requested if your project's budget is less than Rs.500.00.

The domain and hosting charges have to pay earlier starting the project. It is applicable for all kind of project.

Every payment should be made on the meantime of delivering the project or thereafter within a week. If any client is unable to pay within the scheduled time, then the client has to pay an extra Rs.175.00 as a late fine. And the client has to pay Rs.350.00 after 15 days after the first week. Thereafter, the company shall be bound to downgrade the website.

WebDesignDevil will not be liable for any kind of technical difficulties or natural disaster like ISP problem, power fault, flood, earthquake, fire etc. Your deadline may be extended.

WebDesignDevil reserves the right to keep the copyright info like "Developed by WebDesignDevil" at the bottom of the page. If the customer doesn't want keep the same, then a fee of Rs.5555.00 is requested to remove it completely.

Domain & Hosting

The domain and hosting services are provided by third party companies with whom the WebDesignDevil doesn't have any affiliation or partnership. WebDesignDevil provides this service on request of the customers. We are not liable if any problem occurred related to the server, hosting, or domain. It is advised to the client that please contact with the respective company for any kind of assistance.

WebDesignDevil, provides all types of support regarding the web hosting that is provided by us. We are not bound to provide support on third-party's web hosting server which is completely out of our reach and authority, as same as it applies for the domain as well. Our concerned server team can suggest or assist to the client with the information but not bound to communicate with the domain's provider. Except this, if any client asks for help or assistance in this regard, we do apply a nominal charge for the time and effort is given, though there is no guarantee of completion of the task, if any issue persist in the domain's or server's panel which is provided by the third-party, but yet we try to do the required things which is not assured.

Terms Of Offered Packages

Some specific Terms and conditions are followed up for the packages that we offer periodically at reasonable price.

1) Rs.999.00 package is offered for 3 pages website developing, the other included features or services are complete FREE of charge.

• A) If someone asks for one more page to add within this package, then an amount of Rs.300.00 is charged for each normal page without multiple scripts, means adding of Rs.300.00 with the offered package's price. But the price could be Rs.525.00 for each page if the page consists a lots of scripts included.
• B) Web hosting is included for 1 year within this package, Thereafter, the renewal price is Rs.1300.00.
• C) Though the domain is not included within this package but yet sometimes FREE domain is included (.com or .co.in) depending on the domain pricing.
• D) Offered package's website is usually developed through cms like joomla or wordpress, except these platform no other platform is used.
• E) Some extensions (free version) are used in the cms which stays validation for 6 or 12 months. If the customer wants to have any specific extension for any special feature, it is requested to the client to purchase & provide the same.
• F) Website's admin panel is not provided within this package's, but if someone asks for the same, an amount of Rs.1700.00 is charged to provide the same.
• G) If someone gets the admin panel of the cms, then s/he should have the knowledge of the particular cms's, otherwise, an amount of Rs.1100.00 is charged for the exact tutorials or guidelines, and that can be maximum of Rs.1700.00 for more added extra pages.
• H) Revision means changing the design or style, more than one draws an extra charge of Rs.500.00.
• I) If the customer wants to include payment gateway, an amount of Rs.1550.00 is charged extra, and the customer has to provide the relevant data of the payment gateway.
• J) 30 days FREE support is provided upon publishing the project online, where the modification or error fixing is included, but to include new things or features or pages, an extra amount will be charged depending on the tasks. And it's support is only available through email, support over the phone is not entertained.

Upon submission of your complaint, the authorized team studies all the details of the projects or the services, and thereafter they revert back to the client within a period of 7 to 14 days, and during this particular span of time, all the ongoing tasks are kept on hold.
